Yesemek: The Largest Hittite Sculpture Workshop in Anatolia

Yesemek was the largest sculpture workshop and quarry in Asia Minor, dating back to the 8th century BC. Used by the Hittite Empire, it supplied high-quality basalt stone sculptures across the Anatolian plateau.
